At dusk, the lounge is transformed into an inviting bar, serving gin, wine, charcuterie, cheese, a pre-theatre menu and dinner with an Australian focus.
Within the hotel you'll also find the historic Cricketers Bar, a cosy, welcoming space featuring an English-Australian gastropub menu, a selection of tap and craft beers, and spirits and wine. The Windsor is helmed by Executive Chef, Tom Brockbank, and Executive Pastry Chef, Jérémie Parmentier.
The hotel also has an award-winning, one-hat restaurant just five minutes away. Called Sunda _ , it serves modern South East Asian dining by Head Chef, Khanh Nguyen.
Created by Executive Chef, Tom Brockbank, breakfast is served a la carte style in our restaurant, One Eleven Spring Street, with a farm-to-table approach and a menu featuring Victorian and Australian produce.
Select from classic favourites such as Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale, go for the full "Farm Gate", or choose from sweet delights such as the Red Velvet Waffle or Coconut and Rhubarb Rice Pudding.
We also offer The Windsor Set Breakfast $35 - which includes a Noisette pastry, fresh orange juice, coffee or tea and a breakfast dish.
Children's breakfast are also available and are $18 for children aged 7 - 12, and $14 for children aged 3 - 6.
