Wander around the corner to our Little Collins Street side, and you'll also find Kudo, our gluten-free bakery.

Antara

Antara is our all day eating house with bakery located just a block away from the hotel. Here, bread and viennoiserie are baked early in the mornings, and breakfast, lunch (tartines, house-made pastas), aperitivo hour and dinner (bistro-style seasonal dishes pulled from the wood oven) is served.

ARU

Aru is an award-wining modern Australian restaurant, where native Australian ingredients meet modern Asian cooking, finished on a woodfired hearth. Come for dishes including the spanner crab toast with pickled fennel & wasabi, pate en croute with flavours of banh mi, and 14-day dry-aged duck.

Located just five minutes from the hotel, in the heart of Melbourne's theatre district, SUNDA _ is an acclaimed modern Southeast Asian restaurant that draws on elements of traditional cooking, given an uplifted, modern take. Meander up the stairs to the bar, tucked away on the mezzanine, drop by for drinks and snacks, or come for dinner. 

DINNER | WINE BAR

PARCS

PARCS is an intimate restaurant and wine bar with a focus on considered eating and sustainability. The chef team come from some serious fine dining pedigree, presenting a hyper-seasonal menu that is conscious eating at its finest, without the stuffiness. 

Located near Melbourne's theatres, PARCS is a place to drop by after work, pre-theatre or post, for snacks, small plates or more substantial ones. A micro-seasonal set menu is also offered.
