Timing & Availability
Photoshoots are welcome throughout the week, with greater availability on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our team will try to accommodate all requests. To allow adequate time for coordination, all enquiries must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Once received, our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Please note that all photoshoots that occur at The Windsor must be approved by The Windsor. The hotel reserves the right to terminate a shoot that has not received explicit permission from The Windsor.
Room Hire
An overnight stay is required for all shoots. Room reservations for photoshoots must be booked directly with the hotel and not via third party websites or travel agencies.
A location fee will apply to all commercial shoots and is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size of the shoot and its operational impact on the hotel.
- Check-in for accommodation is from 3:00pm, with check-out at 11:00am
- We recommend booking for two nights, to allow for a full day of shooting in rooms
- Room hire is charged at the standard overnight rate, as if you were booking for accommodation. Rates vary daily, so the best way to check pricing is to begin a booking for your preferred room and dates via our Reservations Platform.
Please note that we do not offer commercial or discounted rates for filming or photography.
Public Spaces
Shared spaces (including the lobby, corridors, and grand staircase) must remain open and unobstructed at all times.
Additional spaces, such as the Cricketers Bar, One Eleven restaurant, Grand Ballroom, and powder rooms, may be available upon request and will incur additional fees.
Crew Sizes
Your approved crew size must match the details outlined in your approved request. Additional fees may apply for larger teams or commercial filming. Please note that if your crew exceeds the approved number on the day, your shoot may not be permitted to proceed.
