The Windsor’s 2026 Christmas exemplifies an Australian summer feast at its finest.
Expect fruits de mer, flaky tarts filled with seasonal produce, and roast pork with crackling.
For dessert, an obligatory pavlova will feature with a signature Windsor twist.
Our annual Christmas Eve dinner will be held in One Eleven from 6pm, and Christmas Day will be our traditional lunch service
held across One Eleven and the Grand Ballroom from midday, with the addition of a dessert buffet.
