All are welcome to join us for our A LA CARTE or SUITE BREAKFAST - a juice of your choice to start, viennoiserie from our bakery, Antara, and then proper hotel fare.
Perhaps the Australian favourite, AVOCADO ON TOAST or a luscious EGG BENEDICT. We have the full FARM GATE BREAKFAST too, and are proud to champion local producers. All this comes with a pot of one of our specialty teas (you might like to try our very own WINDSOR BLEND) or coffee.

Begin with a cocktail - an ESPRESSO MARTINI or our ENGLISH BREAKFAST MARTINI perhaps, before we bring out a glass of CHAMPAGNE or French sparkling wine. The tiered stand follows - sweet and savoury treats, sandwiches, freshly baked scones and your choice from 11 specialty teas.
We offer a dedicated CHILDREN'S AFTERNOON TEA featuring modern takes on nostalgic Australian treats too.
Our menu refreshes with the seasons and caters to a variety of dietary needs. On weekends, it includes our DESSERT BUFFET, featuring petite desserts and a decadent CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN.
