One Eleven can be found on the ground floor of The Windsor, with sweeping windows that capture a view of Treasury Gardens and Spring Street, serving breakfast and Afternoon Tea.

The historic tea room is open to hotel guests and visitors, serving breakfast daily from 7am and Afternoon Tea from noon on Wednesdays to Sundays.
