Tucked away in one of our Little Collins Street heritage archways is Kudo - an artisanal bakery selling freshly baked bread, caneles, madeleines, cookies, choux puffs and coffee, all gluten-free.

Bakers Felix Goodwin and Elena Nguyen have worked in some of the best restaurants in Melbourne's dining scene, and this tiny bakery is a labour of love - spurred by their desire to bring gluten free products that are just as delicious as their non gluten-free counterparts to Melburnians. 

Felix and Elena use local flours and indigenous grains, and support a range of local producers and farmers. Come by for a standing room only bite and coffee, before you embark on your Melbourne exploration.
