Our newest restaurant is serving an a la carte dinner on Valentine's Day - think oysters with a Champagne foam, steak cooked in the wood oven, and a dessert of chocolate mousse and crushed figs. There will also be two special dishes on the night - a crown roast of dry-aged duck from the wood oven for two, glazed with honey and fennel, and served with wood-roasted plums, red leaves and a dash of mustard.
And, a special dessert of beautiful fresh summer raspberries paired with a rose and vanilla creme diplomat, crisp meringue, crystallised rose petals and Champagne sabayon, sauced table side.
