Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen’s menu celebrates the bold and vibrant flavours of South East Asia, weaving together Asian herbs and spices and native Australian ingredients. A tasting menu - the Full Sunda Experience - is served from Thursday to Saturday night, with a Sunda Classics menu for Saturday lunch.
