50-70% of the produce at PARCS is up-cycled from within the group or grown in The Windsor's vegetable garden, showing the breadth of what can be achieved through repurposed ingredients, fermentation and a respect for the seasons.
Located near Melbourne's theatres, PARCS is a place to drop by after work, pre-theatre or post, for snacks, small plates or more substantial ones. A micro-seasonal set menu is also offered.
