Breakfast at One Eleven

Created by Executive Chef, Tom Brockbank, breakfast is served a la carte style in our restaurant, One Eleven Spring St, with a farm-to-table approach and a menu featuring Victorian and Australian produce.

Select from classic favourites such as Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale, go for the full "Farm Gate", or choose from sweet delights such as the Red Velvet Waffle or Coconut and Rhubarb Rice Pudding.

We also offer The Windsor Set Breakfast $35 - which includes a Noisette pastry, fresh orange juice, coffee or tea and a breakfast dish.

Children's breakfast is also available and is $18 for children aged 7 - 12, and $14 for children aged 3 - 6.
