Our signature restaurant, 111 Spring Street, is offering a new culinary temptation this Spring with a selection of delicious entrées accompanied by a rocket salad, followed by a choice from our extravagant dessert menu.
Available from 1 September
The dessert menu features our signature dish - a red fruit gazpacho with sweet dry tomatoes, red pepper and olive confit and yoghurt lime sorbet. More traditional selections include a pistachio and cardamom soufflé with a smoked cardamom sauce, chocolate fondant with salted caramel sauce, and a poached pear millefeuille with saffron caramel sauce and pear sorbet.
The lunch is available Monday to Thursday, with last seatings at 1pm, and a glass of French Sparkling Rosé is included in the $39 price.
