The Hotel Windsor’s elegant 111 Spring Street Restaurant will feature a special traditional Christmas degustation menu for $250 per adult and $125 per child under 12, inclusive of a range of carefully selected boutique wines and other beverages available to accompany each course.
Menu highlights include New Zealand Manuka smoked salmon, traditional turkey breast with stuffing and all the trimmings, traditional Hotel Windsor Christmas plum pudding with brandy sauce and homemade mince pies.
Meanwhile a lavish buffet of traditional and innovative festive dishes is on offer in the opulent Grand Ballroom and the Bourke Room, with fresh seafood, roast beef, honey-glazed ham and turkey with cranberry sauce. Desserts include Christmas pudding, yuletide logs, mince pies, a selection of Australian and imported cheeses and an assortment of French pastries and tarts.
Prices are $250 per adult, inclusive of a range of carefully selected boutique wines and $125 for children under 12, which includes carefully selected boutique wines and other beverages.
