The Hotel Windsor has a range of elegant and spacious facilities, from the intimate Winston Room to the elegance of the Grand Ballroom. The hotel is excited to present its latest venue, Bourke Room featuring natural light and uninterrupted views of Parliament House.
The Grand BallroomThe Hotel Windsor’s majestic Grand Ballroom is Melbourne’s premier function venue and is in high demand for gala receptions, presentation lunches and dinners, weddings, product launches and events. It can cater for a cocktail reception for up to 400 people, or up to 200 for a seated meal. Richly restored and decorated, the seven original ceiling domes are glazed with stained glass, and gold leaf and fine crystal feature throughout the magnificent room.
Bourke RoomThe latest addition to The Hotel Windsor's event facilities is the stunning Bourke Room featuring an abundance of natural light and uninterrupted views of Parliament House. The unique venue is ideal for conferences up to 150 guests, banquet style events for 200 guests and elaborate cocktail parties for 400 guests.
The Canberra RoomWith original artwork, an antique gilded mirror and select pieces of antique furniture, the L- shaped Canberra Room is popular for small, private dinners for up to 60 people, training seminars, product presentations and annual general meetings.
The Winston RoomThe elegant Winston Room was the hotel’s original dining room in the late 1880’s. The Winston Room offers elegance and style with all modern facilities and service. It caters for up to 30 guests seated on round tables or with a boardroom style set up to 24.
